A Sweet Visitor

This ladybug, also known as ladybird, was spotted on our microgreens.  They are insects, a type of beetle.  They eat lots of aphids and other pest insects and are therefore used by many gardeners and farmers as pest control instead of chemicals. There are 300 types of ladybugs in North America.
Many countries consider them to be a sign of good luck!
We thank the ladybug for its protection and good wishes and welcome her/him to return soon...
